What is healthy exercise?

Healthy exercise means that you move actively a half hour per day and at least 5 days per week.
For example: bicycling, brisk walking, swimming, dancing or gardening.
Intensive regular employment still counts. You don’t need to move a successive half hour when you are not used to, but you can spread or build it up in your own way. For example, do 10 minutes exercises in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon and 10 minutes at the end of the day.

Why moving?

Your body is designed to function optimally by movement. When using movements, you defeat your lymph system.
When your lymph system doesn't function well, it slows down your metabolism and your immune defence function reduces and you increase the risk of early aging, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and cancer. If you want to look younger and you don’t want to deprive of your liberty by all sorts of ailments and inconveniences, it is a fact that healthy exercise is essential.

Getting more exercises is not only necessary for your lymph system.
It makes your body a lot stronger. As you grow older, the share of fat tissue becomes bigger. A healthy nutrition and healthy exercise make sure that your body consists less of fat mass and feels strong. You stimulate the metabolism in a positive way.
